Terry G. Sours

Terry G. Sours, 73, of Lewistown passed away at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday March 13, 2024 at OSF St. Mary Medical Center in Galesburg. He was born May 27, 1950 at Pekin the son of Gene and Lois (Kline) Sours. He married Roxann Hughes on April 6, 1973 at Lewistown. She survives. Also surviving are two children, Clint (Christina) Sours of Lewistown, and Adam (Erin) Sours of Lewistown, six grandchildren, Jainee, Rhett, Karia, Mylie, Carter, and Adalee, one brother, Mike Sours of Plevna, KS; three sisters, Diane (Steve) Scott of Kearns, UT; Debbie (Lester) Griffin, of Plevna, KS; and Lisa Sours of Canton, and his beloved dog, Peanut. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, and one sister. Terry was an over the road truck driver. He served his country in the US Army during Vietnam. Terry enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Cremation will be accorded. There will be a visitation from 10 until 11:30 a.m. Friday March 22 at the Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown. A graveside service will follow at 11:45 a.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown where a military service will be conducted by the Lewistown VFW Post 5001 and the Lewistown American Legion Bishop Post 1.
