Timothy Wayne Miller

Timothy Wayne Miller, 62, of Pekin, formerly of Manito, passed away at his home at 5:25 p.m., on Sunday, March 14. He was born September 14, 1958, in Pekin, to Donald O. and Virginia L. (Carlton) Miller. He married Gina Himmel on January 27, 1989, in Pekin. She survives. Mr. Miller is survived by his mother, Virginia Miller, of Pekin; wife, Gina Miller, of Pekin; four children: Breanne (Seth) Thomas, of Manito, April (Ben) Sondag Brager, of Bozeman, Montana, Lindsay (Christopher) Krus, of Marquette Heights, Nathan (Kayla Lupperger) Miller, of Pekin; nine grandchildren: Dezirae, Gabby, Blayne, Aurora, Aubrey, Remington, Charlotte, Cannon and Linda. Also surviving are six siblings: Donald O. (Roma) Miller, of Canton, Lori Miller, of Galesburg, Melissa Homerin, of Delavan, Kelly Loomis, of Walnut, Karen (Dave) Morris, of Pekin and Jill (Tom) Mondron, of East Peoria; as well as many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and one sister: Sandra Dickerson. Mr. Miller was a member of the NRA and Teamsters Local #627. Visitation will be held at Maas-Hurley Funeral Home in Manito, on Friday, March 19, from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s choice.
