Nancy Ann Fletcher

Nancy Ann Fletcher, 82, of Bath, passed away at OSF-St. Francis Medical Center, in Peoria, at 2:39 a.m., on Friday, October 16. She was born April 13, 1938, in Snicarte, to Eldo “Speed” and Elsie (Lane) Sarff. She married Norman Fletcher on May 4, 1957, at Marshall, Texas. Mrs. Fletcher is survived by two sons: David (Christy) Fletcher, of Mt. Vernon, Kentucky and Dean (Timi) Fletcher of Aiken, South Carolina; as well as four grandchildren: Nathaniel, Emily and Ben (Morgan) Fletcher, and Sarah (Aaron) Lipe and one great grandchild: Arabella. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Jerry Sarff. Mrs. Fletcher was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church at Snicarte. She enjoyed gardening, raising flowers and mowing. Private family services will be held at a later date, with burial at Fairview Cemetery, near Bath. Memorial contribution may be made to the Salvation Army.
