Patsy M. Dilts

Patsy M. Dilts, 83, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2020 at OSF St Francis Hospital in Peoria. She was born on October 3, 1936 in Ellisville to Oliver and Mable (Stecher) Bailey. They preceded her in death. She married Charlie Dilts Sr. He also preceded her in death along with one daughter, Jacquelyn Barton, one grandchild and Patsy’s brothers and sisters. Surviving are her children, Diana (Randy) Moore, Patti Miller, Charlie (Jenny) Dilts Jr, Tami Owens, eleven grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Patsy worked as a registered nurse at Heartland Health Care in Canton but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. Per her wishes cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no services. Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory has been entrusted with arrangements. Memorials may be made the funeral home to assist with expenses.
