Lillie Frances Vaughn, 96, of Lewistown passed away at 8:40 p.m. Sunday October 15, 2017 at Graham Hospital extended care in Canton. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown with Pastor Shane Smith officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery at Lewistown. Visitation will be held one hour to services at the memorial home. Memorial contributions may be made to Graham Hospital extended care activity fund or American Cancer Society.
