Winter Carnival!

The Havana Chamber of Commerce and Havana Park District are partnering to provide a Winter Carnival at the Old Gym on Saturday afternoon from 1 to 3:30 p.m. In addition to the Chamber and Park District, local clubs and organizations will be setting up booths with give-aways, activities, crafts and games to entertain children.
