Kids and adults may opt to wear their pajamas, robe and slippers to the Arlee Theater where The Conductor will punch their ticket. Elves give each “passenger” hot chocolate and a cookie to enjoy while watching the classic Christmas movie, “Polar Express,” and afterwards, passengers get a jolly greeting and souvenir from good old Saint Nick himself. The Polar Express Experience will get under way at 6 p.m. Dec. 14 & 15, and 2 p.m. Dec. 16. Doors open one hour before each show. Advance tickets are on sale Nov. 1 – Dec. 13. Tickets covering the Experience will cost $10 at the door for all ages; children’s tickets can be purchased in advance for $7 at www.arleetheater.com. The Arlee Theater is located at 139 S. Main St., Mason City. For more information, call 217-482-9999 or 217-691-7229.
