The day’s event begins with keynote speaker Fr. Dominic Garramone, a monk of St. Bede Abbey in Peru, IL and the author of nine books related to bread baking. Let the “Bread Monk” show you how to incorporate your herbs and garden produce into delicious breads like Chop Block Bread, Veggie Bread, Garden Biscuits, and Tomato Bacon Galette. Sessions include creating miniature gardens, homegrown arrangements, backyard beekeeping, and monarch mindfulness.
