Debra K. Martindale, 66, of Smithfield passed away at 7:15 p.m. Wednesday December 29 at her home surrounded by family. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday January 3 at the Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Cuba with Chaplain Kenny Kline officiating. Burial will be in Baughman Cemetery at rural Smithfield. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the memorial home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cuba Christian Church or the Lewistown VFW Post 5001.
