Larry D. Hunter, 69, of Havana, passed away at St. John’s Hospital, in Springfield, at 9:48 p.m. on Saturday, September 12. He was born January 28, 1951, in Canton, Illinois, to Harry and Stella (Derry) Hunter. Mr. Hunter is survived by two children: Heather (James) Kuhlman, of Princeton, and Tyler (Francesca) Hunter of Savoy; four grandchildren: Bailey, Jhazmyne, Tayten and Mason; as well as two great-granddaughters: Kallie and Christine. Also surviving are two sisters: Nelda Schisler of Jerome, and Susan (Larry) McFarland of Havana. He was preceded in death by his parents and six siblings. Mr. Hunter was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles, in Aurora and Laborers International Union of North America.
