Lola Jean Kline

Lola Jean Kline, 91, of Havana, passed away Monday, November 4, 2019, at Mason District Hospital in Havana. She was born on August 1 1928, in Schuyler County to Jesse G. and Lena F. (Kohlenberger) Bishop. They Preceded her in death. She married Gerald Kline on December 11, 1973 in Havana, he preceded her in death on September 17, 1984. She is survived by three children, Bruce (Pat) Hall, Rebecca (Randy) Palmer, and Lorraine (Larry) Hallmark, all of Havana. Also surviving are two brothers, Gerald Bishop of California, and Delbert Bishop of Missouri; two sisters, Louise Hendren of Missouri, and Karen Serwacki of Havana; fourteen grandchildren, Sherry (Bruce) Fisher of Canton, Larry (Bev) Hood of Lewistown, John Hood of Mason City, Jeremy (Cheryl) Hood of St. David, Lisa Hallmark of Havana, Kevin (Annie) Hallmark of Virginia, Chad (Dawn) Fawcett of Canton, Clay (Doreen) Fawcett of Cuba, Wade Fawcett of Canton, Shannon (William) Asher of Ohio, Robert Hall of Havana, Jennifer (Michael) Baughman of Bartonville, Michael Palmer of Havana, and Nathan Palmer of Havana. Twenty-six great grandchildren and nineteen great great grandchildren. Preceding her in death are her parents, husband, and three children, Micheal Hall, Wilma Jean Hood, and Wanda Leann Fawcett. Five brothers, Ed Bishop, Ulysses Bishop, Eldon Bishop, Leland Bishop, and Darrell Dean Bishop, and three sisters, Hazel Brown, Grace Putt, and Twila Whitehead. Also preceding her in death were four siblings in their infancy. Jean worked in home health care up until her early seventies. She attended the Grace Baptist Church in Havana. She enjoyed spending time and taking care of all of her grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23, at 11 a.m. at Grace Baptist Church in Havana, 18178 Co Rd 1700N Havana, IL 62644.
