Stanley Kitchens

Stanley Kitchens, age 61, of Havana, passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield. He was born June 13, 1957 in Springfield. He is survived by his companion, September Shipman; three step-daughters, Andria (Doug) Wentzel, Amber (Tim) Barnard, and Amanda (Dan) Field; eight grandchildren; one aunt, Goldie Kitchens; along with several cousins and friends. Stanley is preceded in death by his parents Hugh and Edna (Caldwell) Kitchens; a brother, Samuel; and step-daughter, Erica Shipman-Walls. Stanley attended Williamsville schools. He was a member of ABATE for several years. He loved to fish, ride on his motorcycle, and work on his cars. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, June 23 from 12 p.m. until 5 p.m. at the VFW Northenders, Post #10302; 2349 Stockyard Road, Springfield. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, June 27 at 2 p.m. at Walnut Hill Cemetery near Williamsville. Memorials can be made to the family for funeral expenses.
