David A. Hayes

David A. Hayes, 92, of Lewistown, passed away at 12:37 a.m. Sunday April 14, 2019 at Graham Hospital in Canton. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Lewistown First Presbyterian Church where visitation will be held one hour prior to services. Pastor Penny Frame will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery with military rites accorded by Lewistown VFW Post 5001 and American Legion Bishop Post 1. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lewistown First Presbyterian Church or the Renaissance Care Center Activity Fund. The family would like to thank the staff at Renaissance Care Center and Graham Hospital for their wonderful care they provided to Dave.
