My sympathy to Nelda’s family she was a special person and touched many lives. She and I both worked for the Illinois Department of Public Health, Springfield, IL for many years. Our lst names were similar so many times we would be called the wrong name so we would answer for one another then laugh about it. I had tried to find her in Havana and wondered how she was. I still have a beautiful angel she made for me after retirement. May your goldlen memories bring you comfort. May she rest in peace. Velda Plopper
