Jeanie Lascelles

Jeanie Lascelles, 39, of Kilbourne, passed away at home Tuesday morning June 12, 2018. She was born June 22, 1978 in Springfield to Melvin and Karla (Justice) Lascelles; they survive. Jeanie is also survived by her daughter Olivia Grace Lascelles; twin brother Jerry Lascelles of Springfield; brother Shawn (Kristin) Lascelles of Springfield; nephew Gunner James Lascelles of Springfield; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by grandparents Melvin and Vera Lascelles and Harold and Norma Justice; and a brother Shane Michael. Jeanie was a member of the Central Christian Church in Havana. She loved visiting the Lake of Ozarks, fishing, camping, watching the Cubs play and watching movies. She was a case worker for the State of Illinois Department of Human Services. Funeral services for Jeanie will be held on Saturday June 16, 2018 at Hurley Funeral Home in Petersburg, IL at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Kilbourne Cemetery. Shannon Karrick will officiate. A visitation will be held on Friday night, June 15, 2018 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Hurley Funeral Home in Petersburg.
