Raymond L. “Bud” Phillips Jr., 88, of Lewistown passed away at 7:20 p.m. Friday, December 22, 2017 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 10 at the Lewistown United Methodist Church with Reverend Shane Smith officiating.
