Thurston E. “T.C.” Carroll

Thurston E. “T.C.” Carroll, 73, of Forest City, passed away at OSF-St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria at 5:39 a.m. on Friday, November 24, 2017. He was born July 30, 1944 in Louisiana, Missouri, to James Wendell and Edna Irene (Davis) Carroll. He married Carol Ann Whitley on November 23, 1961 in North Pekin, IL. She preceded him in death on June 17, 2004. He later married Betty Onken on July 27, 2008 in Manito, IL. She survives. Graveside services will be held at Neikirk Cemetery near Forest City, IL on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. Pastor John Worsham will officiate. Memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Baptist Church at Manito. Online memorial messages may be left for the family at www.hurleyfh.com.
