Carl Henry Flairty

Carl Henry Flairty, 64 , of Easton passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at Unity Point Methodist Hospital in Peoria.  He was born in Pekin the son of the late Henry and Nellie Calloway Flairty. He married Mary Reagan in Forest City on June 25, 1977 and she survives.
Carl is survived by a daughter Nicole Flairty of Easton; two sons Karl (Shawn) Flairty of Easton and Joseph Flairty of Mason City; one brother Terry (Janice) Flairty of Forest City; one sister Linda (George) Stiltz, of Manito; one half sister Evelyn Barnes of Forest City and four half brothers Harold (Louise) Kringer of Peoria, Gene (Amy) Griffin, of Shell lake, WI., Gary (Judy) Henander of Cambridge and Russell Whitten of Peoria.  Two brothers Larry Krigner and James Schauwecker preceded him in death.
He was a former truck Drive, mechanic, and for the past 3 years he worked as a LPN at the Mason City Area Nursing Home.  Carl enjoyed children, fishing, muscle cars, and motorcycles.
 Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at 12:00 pm at Maas-Hurley Funeral Home in Manito.  The Rev. Tom Guengerich will officiate. The family will receive friends 2 hours prior to the service from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
