Brenda Williams

Brenda Williams, 53,of Havana passed away at 1:59 p.m. Friday, April 1, 2016 at OSF St. Francis in Peoria.  She was born July 12, 1962 in Canton the daughter of William and Judith (Cohenour) Otto.  She married Beaver Williams Dec. 30, 1988 in Havana and he survives.
Also surviving are her father of Havana, 1 daughter, Elizabeth “Beth” (Delmar) Ballinger of Havana, 2 sons, James Williams and Kevin Williams both of Havana and two grandchildren William and Isabella Ballinger of Havana.  In addition she is survived by 1 sister, Illa (Curt) Wilkey of Havana, and 2 brothers, William (Nancy) Otto of Sherman, IL and Jason (Molly) Otto of Havana.  She was preceded in death by her mother.
Brenda was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Havana and was a residential and consumer loan officer at the Havana National Bank.  She has worked in banking since she was in High School. 
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Havana conducted by Pastor Kevin Wendorf.  Burial will follow in the Laurel Hill Cemetery in Havana.  Visitation will be held from 5 until 7 pm Tuesday at the Hurley Funeral Home Havana.  Memorial contributions may be made to an educational fund for her sons c/o The Havana National Bank or Multiple Sclerosis Association.  Online condolences can be sent to her family at  hurleyfh.com.
